Numa atualidade em que os clientes Alfaloc podem entrar em contacto via telem\u00f3vel, chat, website, Facebook Messenger, email, entre outros, \u00e9, portanto, necess\u00e1rio ter uma boa estrutura de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna, para que o cliente sinta que qualquer das pessoas com quem fala est\u00e1 a par do assunto ou que \u00e9 capaz de o encaminhar devidamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Atendimento nas Redes Sociais (Facebook)<\/strong> \u2013 j\u00e1 l\u00e1 vai o tempo em que o atendimento ao cliente tinha de ser, necessariamente, sempre por email ou preenchendo um formul\u00e1rio. Procuramos, no entanto, atender o cliente onde lhe seja mais confort\u00e1vel, pr\u00e1tico e conveniente. Isso inclui, ent\u00e3o, estar dispon\u00edvel nas redes sociais.
