Un reconocimiento enmarcado en el eje de Responsabilidad Social y Sostenibilidad, con una Menci\u00f3n Honor\u00edfica en la categor\u00eda de BIENESTAR ORGANIZACIONAL.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Promovido por APEE desde 2015, el Reconocimiento de Pr\u00e1cticas en Responsabilidad Social y Sostenibilidad<\/strong> distingue la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas y modelos de buen gobierno en organizaciones del sector p\u00fablico y privado. Organizaciones con y sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, que crean valor para sus grupos de inter\u00e9s y contribuyen activamente al desarrollo sostenible. <\/p>\n\n

Este reconocimiento, por parte de una de las asociaciones m\u00e1s relevantes a nivel nacional, es un hito importante en el sentido de poner en valor nuestras pr\u00e1cticas internas en el \u00e1mbito de las Personas. La gesti\u00f3n basada en la \u00e9tica empresarial es fundamental en la cultura de Alfaloc. <\/p>\n\n

\"Reconocimiento<\/figure>\n\n

La aplicaci\u00f3n de esta distinci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo a principios de 2024, a partir de un trabajo de Evaluaci\u00f3n de Clima Organizacional enmarcado en una pol\u00edtica de sostenibilidad<\/a> efectiva. Analizado y validado por esta entidad, termin\u00f3 siendo considerado un instrumento destacado en la contribuci\u00f3n a la categor\u00eda de \u00abBienestar Organizacional\u00bb.<\/strong> En particular, en el eje de \u00abCultura del bienestar caracterizada por el apoyo, la confianza y el respeto mutuo, donde las personas se sientan valoradas y reconocidas por su trabajo, y donde existan canales efectivos de comunicaci\u00f3n y retroalimentaci\u00f3n\u00bb.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n

En este proyecto para potenciar las pr\u00e1cticas \u00e9ticas empresariales de Alfaloc, varios de los 17 Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible se ven afectados positivamente por esta pr\u00e1ctica. ODS 4 (Educaci\u00f3n de calidad); 8 (Trabajo decente y crecimiento econ\u00f3mico) y 16 (Paz, justicia e instituciones eficaces). <\/p>\n\n
